 How to Loose Fats - Get Smart without Exercise, this is a dream of every living being - human being :)

World is progressing by leaps and bounds, this leaves no room for concentration upon types and quantity per meal of food. Rather, with such mouth watering and lavish tongue treats being offered in markets, its hard for a tiny being to refrain the hungry devil dwelling inside.


So lets come to the crux of this writing, and suppose we have a 9-5 vicious job circle or late birds life who having no worms to catch! or ladies stuck in chores with kids on board, exercise sicks or lazy souls.... this article is for you.

Breakfast: 
01 Cup of Coffee/ Tea (no milk or just a hint )
02 Bran Bread slices
02 Boiled eggs white
(Fresh juice glass(approx. 200ml) if 20-30 min jogging is added at-least 1hr before breakfast) 

-- Take Lime/Lemon in water after regular intervals 

Lunch:
Boiled Chicken Piece (100gm)
Roasted black gram (Bhunna Channa) + Raisins (100gm)
Fresh Veggie Salad

Evening Munch:
01 piece biscuit (gluten free, sugar free)
01 Cup of Coffee/ Tea (no milk or just a hint )

Dinner:
Fresh Fruits (200 - 250gm) e.g. ( 01 banana, 01 Apple, or any 01 seasonal - no canned fruits )
Almonds/Mixed Nuts 200gm


- No snacking or cheat meals
- Follow from Monday - Saturday
- Sunday is cheat day and includes 40 min jogging/brisk walk after cheat meal

Authentic Results (after adding daily 20 min Morning jogging before breakfast in above diet plan):
Loose approx. 2.5 kg in 6 consecutive days.
Loose approx. 4 kg in 12 consecutive days.
Loose approx. 6 kg in 20 consecutive days.
